1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "asia20", "we", "us", "our" refers to the asia20 platform, operated through the domain https://asia20.cam and all associated services.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual or legal entity accessing or using the asia20 platform and services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a User to access asia20 services, including login credentials, personal information, and transaction history.
• "Service(s)" refers to all gaming, betting, entertainment, and related services provided by asia20, including sports betting, live casino, slots, togel (lottery), sabung ayam (cockfighting), and other gaming products.
• "Funds" refers to money deposited into your asia20 Account, including deposits, winnings, bonuses, and any other credits available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed on a gaming or betting outcome through the asia20 platform.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other incentives provided by asia20 subject to specific terms and conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the asia20 website, creating an Account, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our platform and close your Account if applicable.

asia20 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and asia20. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you are not prohibited by law from using online gaming services.

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and use asia20 Services. We strictly enforce age verification requirements and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all bets will be voided, and funds will be forfeited without recourse.

You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesia when accessing and using asia20 Services. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of online gaming services complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. If online gaming or sports betting is prohibited in your location, you must not use our Services.

3.2 Account Registration Requirements

To use asia20 Services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. You may only register one (1) Account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, household, or IP address are strictly prohibited.

During or after registration, you may be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting documents such as a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National ID (KTP), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your ID for identity confirmation. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of your Account and restriction of deposit or withdrawal privileges.

3.3 Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, are your responsibility. You agree to immediately notify asia20 Customer Support if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach.

asia20 will never ask you to provide your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any communication requesting your password should be reported immediately as a potential phishing or fraud attempt.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

asia20 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for promotional offers. The maximum single deposit amount is Rp 100,000,000, subject to your VIP tier and Account standing.

Deposits made via bank transfer during Indonesian banking hours (typically Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB) are usually credited to your Account within five (5) minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to process. E-wallet deposits are typically instant but may be subject to third-party processing delays.

You may only deposit Funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from another person's bank account or e-wallet) are strictly prohibited and may result in your Account being suspended pending investigation. asia20 reserves the right to refund any deposit we reasonably believe to be from a third-party source.

4.2 Withdrawal Policies and Procedures

You may request withdrawal of your available Funds at any time, subject to verification of your identity and compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals can only be made to an Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your asia20 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum single withdrawal amount varies by VIP tier: Standard members Rp 50,000,000, Silver VIP Rp 100,000,000, Gold VIP Rp 200,000,000, Platinum VIP unlimited.

Standard withdrawal processing time is up to twenty-four (24) hours for verified Accounts. VIP members receive expedited processing: Silver members within twelve (12) hours, Gold members within six (6) hours, Platinum members under six (6) hours. Processing times are calculated from the moment your withdrawal request is submitted and do not include the time required for your bank or e-wallet provider to credit your account, which is typically immediate to forty-eight (48) hours depending on the receiving institution.

First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding your typical transaction patterns may require additional verification, including but not limited to requests for updated identification documents, proof of address, or source of funds documentation. asia20 reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawals pending completion of security checks, fraud prevention procedures, or resolution of any disputes related to your Account.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

asia20 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. If you deposit Funds and request withdrawal without placing any bets or meeting the minimum wagering requirement, asia20 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of up to ten percent (10%) of the withdrawal amount or refuse the withdrawal request entirely.

Unusual transaction patterns, including but not limited to rapid deposits and withdrawals with minimal betting activity, deposits from multiple payment sources in quick succession, or discrepancies between stated occupation and transaction volume, may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures. You agree to cooperate fully with any such investigations and provide requested documentation within seven (7) days of request.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing the details of your bet before confirmation, including the event, market, selection, odds, and stake amount. asia20 will not cancel or modify bets after confirmation except in cases of obvious error (Palpable Error) as defined in Section 5.3 below.

Bets will only be accepted if your Account has sufficient available Funds at the time of bet placement. Bonus Funds are subject to separate terms and conditions, including wagering requirements and eligible markets, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

asia20 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, including bets from Users who have previously engaged in fraudulent activity, bets that exceed our maximum stake limits, or bets placed on events where we suspect irregular betting patterns or match-fixing.

5.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting markets, the official result as determined by the governing sports body or competition organizer will be used for settlement purposes. Bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified (e.g., "To Qualify" markets include extra time and penalties). If an event is postponed and rescheduled within forty-eight (48) hours, all bets remain valid. If an event is postponed for more than forty-eight (48) hours or canceled entirely, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded.

For live (in-play) betting, there may be a short delay between an event occurring and the odds being updated on our platform. Bets placed in this delay period will be accepted at the displayed odds at the time of bet confirmation. However, if asia20 determines that a bet was placed with knowledge of the outcome (late betting), we reserve the right to void the bet.

5.3 Obvious Errors (Palpable Errors)

If odds are displayed incorrectly due to technical error, human error, or system malfunction, asia20 reserves the right to void any affected bets. Obvious errors include but are not limited to: odds that are materially different from the market consensus at the time of bet placement, clearly inverted odds (favorites and underdogs reversed), or typographical errors in odds display. In the event of an obvious error, affected Users will be notified and their stakes will be refunded.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

asia20 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated on the promotion page. General bonus conditions apply unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion.

Bonuses typically carry wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before you can withdraw bonus winnings. Wagering requirements range from 15x to 40x depending on the bonus type. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling Rp 30,000,000 before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses have a validity period during which wagering requirements must be met. Bonuses that are not used or wagering requirements not met within the validity period will expire and be forfeited. Only bets with your own deposited Funds count toward wagering requirements unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.

asia20 reserves the right to refuse or withdraw any bonus from any User at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected bonus abuse, breach of terms, or operation of multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers. Each household, IP address, payment method, and device is limited to one bonus claim per promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the asia20 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and potential legal action:

• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of manipulation or attempted manipulation of betting outcomes or game results.
• Use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets without human interaction.
• Creating multiple Accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions (bonus abuse).
• Depositing funds from third-party payment sources not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting (betting on all possible outcomes of an event across multiple platforms to guarantee profit).
• Hacking, data mining, or any unauthorized access to asia20 systems or other User accounts.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system malfunctions for personal gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Verbally abusing, threatening, or harassing asia20 staff or other Users through any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

If asia20 suspects any User of engaging in prohibited activities, we reserve the right to suspend the Account pending investigation, request additional verification documents, withhold withdrawals, void affected bets, confiscate Funds obtained through prohibited activities, and terminate the Account permanently. In serious cases involving fraud or illegal activity, we may report the matter to law enforcement authorities.

8. Limitations of Liability

asia20 strives to provide uninterrupted, error-free service, but we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from technical issues, bugs, or security vulnerabilities. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by service interruptions, system downtime, or technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.

asia20 is not responsible for any loss of Funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, delays or failures in payment processing by third-party banks or e-wallet providers, or losses incurred due to your breach of these Terms and Conditions. You use the asia20 platform at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, asia20's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount of Funds you deposited into your Account during the three (3) months preceding the claim. asia20 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless asia20, its affiliates, partners, licensors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms and Conditions, your violation of any law or regulation, or your use of the asia20 platform in any manner that causes harm to a third party.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the asia20 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of asia20 or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. The asia20 brand name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of asia20.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the asia20 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the asia20 platform without our prior written permission.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

asia20 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable Users. We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, reality check reminders, and self-exclusion options. You can access these tools through your Account settings or by contacting Customer Support.

If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, we strongly encourage you to seek help. You may self-exclude your Account for periods of one (1) month, three (3) months, six (6) months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account or place any bets. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the chosen period.

11. Termination of Account

You may request closure of your asia20 Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon Account closure, any remaining Funds in your Account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after completion of any pending verification procedures. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon Account closure.

asia20 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, abusive behavior toward staff or other Users, or extended periods of inactivity. Upon termination by asia20, we will process any legitimate withdrawable Funds in accordance with these Terms, but we reserve the right to withhold Funds obtained through breach of terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

We will make every effort to resolve your complaint fairly and promptly, typically within seven (7) business days of receiving full details of your complaint.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by Customer Support, you may escalate your complaint to our senior management by emailing [email protected]. Senior management will review the matter and provide a final decision within fourteen (14) business days. asia20's decision on all matters relating to bets, bonuses, and Account management is final.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which asia20 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of asia20 Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Users in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling laws and regulations vary by region and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
